Drug Information The California Narcotic Officers' Association manages the Narcotic Educational Foundation of America, which is responsible for educating the public about the dangers of controlled substance abuse. This effort extends from youths to seniors. The Foundation also stands ready to fight those who advocate the legalization of controlled substances with the release of timely position papers, rebuttals, and appearances. Anti-drug information and educational material is available free of charge.
